Description: AH-320H model Automatic Bandsaw for mass production is featured with gantry type design that enables the saw head for a powerful, smooth and accurate cutting. The hydraulic blade tension provides and releases tension to the blade when the machine is turned on and will release tension when it is turned off. The position of the saw frame could be set by using automatic work height selector. After feeding the blade will quickly drop to approximately 3mm (1/8″) above the work piece, at which time, it proceeds at a predetermined cutting feed rate. The vise clamping and unclamping for any work size can be controlled on control panel without any need of manual operation to approach the vise to the material (option). It is equipped with standard accessories like hydraulic blade tension device; power driven blade brush; split front vise; out of stock sensor; tool box with tools; inverter for variable blade speed; and one copy of manual instruction. The model is provided with optional accessories like hydraulic chip conveyor; nesting fixture for bundle cutting; vise pressure regulator: roller table (2M) with side roller; vibration damper; and additional chip brush.
