Automatic Bottle Crimpers offers easy set-up and production flexibility. It is used in perfumery and cosmetic applications. Featuring stainless steel construction the bottle crimper accepts a wide range of collet diameters and comes standard with self-centering capseats. The 3-stage crimper assembly can be configured with a number of interchangeable heads to meet product needs for both straight liquid filling and aerosol production. These are constructed of stainless steel and aluminum & are suitable for crimping glass, metal and rigid plastic containers up to 8 in height x 1 in at speeds ranging from 0 to 60 containers per minute.
