Automatic Liquid Level Controller

Company: General Electronics & Controls

Description: Automatic Liquid Level Controller maintains the level of water in overhead tanks, by filling it up either from wells or over ground/underground water tanks/reservoirs. Whenever the water level in the overhead tank falls below the set 'low level', the device operates the pump set and it stops the pump set when the water level rises to the set 'high level'. The motor will restart only when the water level drops below the 'low level'. By pushing the manual button, motor can be started from the intermediate water level. This permits to fill up the tank before the notified time of power cut off, especially during power staggering. It is supported with a solid state technology that ensures reliable performance under all environmental conditions, which is adaptable to tank of any depth and to single phase/three-phase motor pump set. It allows low voltage cut-off to safeguard motor against possible damage, prevents starting of motor against single phasing supply, avoids overflow of water dry running of pump set and thereby prevents wastage of electrical energy.
