Description: Newton+ Automatic Pf Correction Relay is suitable for true RMS measurement. It is a compact, cost effective APFC relay, which is packed with features and is extremely reliable. The relay has in-built PF mode (FIFO), binary (ascending steps control) as well as VAR (random switching) mode of operation to enable successful maintenance of PF under all load conditions. It has a bright 16-digit LC display for ease of reading and programming. It has built display for volts, amps and PF; and does need to set % kVAR and C/K ratio. The PF is measured for any one phase from the voltage sensed between phase, neutral and current in the same phase, using digital signal processing (DSP) methods.
