Description: Automatic Rotary Powder Filling Machine, Model RLF-100, is a rotary machine in which the containers and the dispensing funnels rotate together so that the powders dosed by the augur fillers into the funnels are dispensed progressively. There are four augur fillers for dispensing powders. Since funnels are equi-spaced, the quantity of powders dispensed will be consistent. The output of 7000 fills/hr with accuracy up to ± 1% for fill quantities over 50 gm or ± 2% for fill quantities up to 50 gm can be attained. The machine can be provided with a turntable or bottle unscrumbler. The machine operation is very smooth even at high speeds. The company provides special models with servomotors instead of clutch/brake unit for better output and accuracy. Safety interlocks are standard features of this machine. The machine can further be linked to capping/closing machine.
