Density cell measures in familiar units such as specific gravity, API gravity, Baumé, Brix° as well as measuring the percent solids or percent concentration of a liquid or slurry. Its density applications include: foods, paper coatings, refined petroleum products, sugar (fructose, sucrose) and sulfuric acid (batteries). Density instruments are available in corrosion resistant materials such as 316 SS Std., 304 SS, 400 series (abrasion resistant) stainless, hastelloy, nickel, monel, carpenter 20, titanium, tantalum, zirconium and others. Viscosity continuous measurement and control of process liquids/slurries such as plastics, inks, oils, coatings, chemicals, paper, paints, adhesives & foods. Dynatrol® viscometers are made with corrosion resistant construction. Bulk solids level indicators for dry bulk solids are designed for high, intermediate or low point level detection on materials ranging from light fluff to heavy granules and pellets. These are used in storage tanks, bins and silos, such applications include coal hoppers, flyash collection, limestone applications, concrete mixing facilities, saw mill operations & grain storage.
