Autotune PID Controller - X96P
The X96P, a full-featured PID controller with accurate Autotune and PID algorithms is offered by Radix. It has a three-row display, showing process value, set value and output power. It has up to two universal inputs with a transmitter supply, four relay outputs, and two isolated analog (current/voltage) outputs - one for control and one for retransmission. The X96P has an RS485 serial port with a Modbus RTU protocol. It has a large number of user programmable parameters, including input type, input range, unit, direct/reverse outputs, digital filter, display bias, six alarm types, two control types and manual PID constants. It can be tuned from cold start, or at set point. It has bumpless auto/manual transfer. The plastic panel mount enclosure measures 96 x 96 x 100 mm. The plug-in construction allows instantaneous field replacement without affecting the terminal wiring. The X96P has an 85 265 V AC SNIPS, and is also available with 20-30 V DC power supply. The X96P is also available in pipe and wall mounting flameproof and weatherproof enclosures.
