Services we offer include surface mount, BGA, through-hole, EMC testing, wiring looms and complete system design. For our conventional assembly and through hole services, we employ Blakell LS 5000 light guided assembly workstation. We operate the Europlacer iineo 1 platform, which offers an extended feeder capacity of 240 and supportive placement speed. It enables to offer a solution for all medium to high volume assembly requirements. It is also ideal for prototypes, NPI and small batch builds. We design and manufacture test jigs and simulation platforms to enable us to test & calibrate assemblies supplying a fully tested and functional PCB or complete assemblies.
