Pressure vessels are available to transfer the material with low velocity and to achieve high rate of transfer. They are used to transfer highly abrasive and fragile products. Bin activators are used for free flowing of powders, which tend to bridge or form rat holes in the bins. They consist of vibrating cone with a flexible joint which is suspended beneath the bin. Due to the vibration of the cone, the powder in the bin flows freely to the down stream equipment.
