We provide solution ranging from concept through prototyping, models and tooling to medium & high output mouldings & assemblies. Our manufacturing facility specializes in thermoplastics as well as thermo-sets. We also offer an extensive moulding capabilities consisting 12 to 150 tonnes which incorporate either digital or microprocessor control. Our other side of services include ultrasonic welding, sublimation printing, hot foiling, mould machining and volume assembly work. We are able to offer these services backed up by comprehensive CAD/CAM support. These services include electrode design and manufacture & CNC wire cutting.
