Profile: BTP Technical Services Ltd. is a manufacturer of close tolerance stencils and screens. We are certified with ISO 14001 quality certification. Our products mainly serve medical and electronics industries. We mainly concentrate on screen printing process. We employ stencil system types namely capillary film and direct emulsion. Capillary film is an emulsion coated to a carrier film, dried and then adhered to the mesh by capillary attraction whereas direct emulsions are applied as a liquid to the mesh, dried, exposed and developed. In the task of developing stencils we demonstrate process control stages like coating thickness, emulsion moisture content measurement, recording thermometer, mesh tension and surface roughness measurement.
