It is a compact, innovative fluorescence microscope and camera system that allows the operator to capture microscope images with load-and-go simplicity, just by following a simple guide displayed on the screen. FSX100 incorporates high-performance automatic focus compatible with brightfield through fluorescence observation modes. A macro image of the entire specimen is kept displayed on the upper right screen. It can be moved to any desired position under high magnification with just a click of the mouse button. An overlay image can be viewed on the display simply by clicking the button for the fluorescence channel. A tab-designed operator interface allows even first-time users of microscopes to smoothly capture images by simply following the navigation instructions. The FV10i is a self-contained confocal laser scanning microscope. The unique advantage of the FV10i is its self-contained design. We have completely re-engineered the design of the confocal laser scanning microscope into a self-contained package integrated with a variety of functions including an incubator and a laser combiner. The FV10i also has unique features like a vibration isolation function, light-tight cover, eliminating the need for a dark room. The FV10i has the same functionality as a high end confocal laser scanning microscope with easy-to-use software delivering it in a compact design.
