Profile: Baba Farid Spun Pipes is a supplier of RCC hume pipes, cement pipes, and concrete pipes. Re-inforcement cages are prepared of appropriate size & weight, with pitch of circumferential re-inforcement being 150 mm for dia 200 to 350 mm, and 100 mm for dia 400 mm and above. The cages are placed in position inside the pipes molds with suitable cover, and placed over the molding machine. The mold is then rotated on runners (operated by engines), and the concrete is shoveled into the mold from both open ends on the rising side. The mold is spun for suitable time till the required setting takes place. A specially made hook rod is also used for rodding to remove the oversized odd aggregate at slow speed, and then at higher speed to remove the excess water and any of the remaining stone chips.
