Bag dumping stations are designed to limit product loss during the bag dumping process, without creating a dusty environment. Dust collection can be obtained through external collection or self contained and confined within the process. It collects the dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums and containers. They offer an integrated dust control system to help prevent dry bulk material dust from escaping the dump station and entering the facility. The dust collection system creates a negative pressure within the dump station enclosure, pulling dust-laden air through a series of high-efficiency filters. The filters collect the material dust to be recovered and returned into the process line without contamination.
