Ball Valves
Ball Valves are made of guaranteed stainless steel material with mirror finish, and seats & seals are of PTFE/Teflon. Davite valves are subjected to various inspections and test to ensure best quality. The valves can be offered with Teflon lining and various methods of operation including actuation. It is a valve that opens by turning a handle attached to a ball inside the valve. The ball has a hole, or port, through the middle so that when the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and the flow is blocked. The handle or lever will be inline with the port position allowing for viewing the position of the valve. The Davite Company offers ball valves in different materials of construction such as Cl, CS. CF-8, CF-8M and also in investment casting.
