Description: Ballscrews and Linear Guideways offered by our company are built in accordance with international standard. The ballscrews are made of German alloy steels, which are well quenching and tempering treated for good rigidity, along with suitable surface hardening to ensure long durability. The ballscrews are machined, ground, assembled and Q.C. inspected under the constant temperature control (200 C) to ensure high precision of ballscrews. Linear guideway has the four-row circular contact design. These four rows of balls are placed with the contact angle at 45 degrees, which allows each row of balls to take up an equal rated load in radial, reverse-radial and the lateral directions. The patent design of lubrication route makes it possible to obtain even lubrication in any installation direction.
