Profile: Ban Chu Leong Abrasives( BCL Abrasives) is a buffing & polishing material manufacturer. We produce flap wheels, surface finishing belts, non-woven unitized wheel/grey scouring mops/convolute wheels, surface finishing wax compounds, high finishing felt discs and fibre discs used on sand grinders. Our products are applied as surface finishers on stainless steel railings. The flap discs are designed to expose new abrasive grain contacting with the surface as old flaps wear out during grain. They are used for deburring, removal of weld seams & spots, rust and oxidation & applied to stainless steel, aluminium, alloyed and unalloyed steel. They can be an alternative for fibre discs and grinding discs & come in aluminium oxide & zirconia grain. Felts are made from huge volumes of compress wool, suitable for high mirror finishing and jewelry polishing & come in various sizes. Our mounted flapwheel comes in various sizes and grit number. The diameter of the shank is 6mm, it is easily fitted into air tools or hand held grinders & are able to grind corners & hard to reach areas.
