Our processing equipment includes centerless grinders, bar straighteners and feed chamfer machines. We develop equipment to automatically feed chamfer. Our feed chamfer is a process that is performed on the circumference of a bar or tube to eliminate sharp edges. We are capable of supplying chrome-plated bars in a variety of grades in either carbon or stainless steel base metals. We are accredited with ISO 9002 standards. We use equipments such as bench laser micrometers, inline laser micrometers, roundness gauges, automatic compensators, automated feed & shutoff and automated straightness verification tables.
