The drive to the prime mover wheel is through oil bath spur-geared gearbox with direct transmission from motor providing highest efficiency and optimum power consumption. The electrical controls are through heavyduty contractors with Silver-Cadmium contracts for best life and speed controls are through resistance or Mosfet base stepless drive. The drive motors are of series wound type and the pump motors of combined wound for best life and efficiency. The light duty model stackers are five wheel configurations with spring supported drive units for feather touch effort, less steering, and faster speeds. The heavy-duty models are of 4 wheel configuration with partially counter balanced body. The high quality, precise hydraulic system comes with a stationary type highly reliable sealing system and controls for long troublefree performance and efficiency. The lifting mast is fabricated from alloy steel sections in simple/ duplex type with hardened alloy steel rolls in 8 roller configuration for best load bearing capacity. These stackers are available as pedestrian operated or stand-on models.
