Controls include production part approval process, failure mode and effect analysis, gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies, and SQC/SPC tools and techniques with facilities like Tollera NCE, forging unit; annealing, 25 lathe machines/auto, tool cutter grinder, centreless grinder, duplex vertical for face grinding and ball passing machine for inner race bore.
