Description: Bell Furnace by Axioms Thermo Furnaces (P) Ltd are suitable for annealing of bearing races, rollers and other components. With special atmosphere, these furnaces are suitable for wire annealing and can also be used for spherodising. Good temperature uniformity and proper sealing can be achieved in these furnaces. Temperature programming can also be done for achieving precise temperature and to reduce power consumption, thyristor power control is used. The number of heating zones is designed according to the chamber dimension and charge capacity. Apart from electrically heated furnace, oil tired & LPG fired bell furnaces are also offered. We also manufacture sealed quench furnaces, bogie hearth furnaces, pit type furnaces, conveyor furnace aluminium melting and holding furnace & lead baths.
