Belt misalignment switches are used for protection of belt conveyors and personnel. These switches are used in conveyor installations for monitoring the true running of conveyor belts. These are mounted on the top or bottom of the conveyor stringers with the actuating arm adjusted to the outside edges of the belt. It can be optionally supplied with a pre-alarm position for an alert signal at slight deviation and a final cut-out and lock.
