Description: Belt Weigher/Belt Scalar system incorporates the micro controller based BCW control panel, a weighting frame with one, two or four load cells to measure load and a Tacho-Generator to sense belt speeds. The load per unit length multiplied by the speed of the belt gives the weight. The rate integrated with respect to time gives the total quantity required. The general feature of this system includes the following: retrofit on any conveyor, user friendly operations, self diagnostic features, two level back up provided for data storage, digital calibration, electronic unit can be housed 300m away, expandable, digital and analogue outputs. The system requires 230V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 2% Ac power supply.
