These belts are available as per customers' requirement, i.e., full teeth or partially grinded off & with vacuum holes punched. Some of the advantages of these belts are: positive synchronisation, no re-tensioning required, high operating speed, no lubrication required, high accuracy in moulded dimensions, very good abrasion resistance, high dry friction, durable - more than 50% life than Linatex rubber cover belts, chemical resistance, glue release, easy to clean, floor quality cover material and the tooth side of the base befit is ground to seal the vacuum head perfectly.
