Profile: Bertsche Engineering Corp. designs and builds standard and custom machining tools, automatic toolchanger and robotics. We offer standalone machines as well as turnkey systems. Our Xi-mill 3x3 features twin carriages to simultaneous machine, machine large parts with two spindles from both ends and dual work zones equipped with a 25-tool capacity tool changing system. Our automatic tool changing system is used for integration into OEM systems, tool exchanging mechanisms for horizontal & vertical spindles and gripping mechanisms for all tool designs.
