Profile: Better Way Grinding, Inc. specializes in double disc grinding. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We offer opposed double disc surface grinding for parts of most makes, shapes, and sizes. We are capable of grinding parts that range from .010 of an inch to 4 inches in thickness and up to 5 inches in width by 12 feet in length. Our feed-thru machines are equipped with various automated systems which have the capability of grinding 10,000 or more pieces per hour. We also do spot type grinding, so we welcome 1 to 1,000,000 parts or more. Our facility is equipped with 23 opposed double disc grinders that are positioned in a way that ensures maximum efficiency and productivity. Our vibrating feeders along with our feed-thru grinders help us automate the grinding process and increase our production capabilities by allowing us to process large runs. Small or large runs of odd-configured parts that cannot be automated are processed using our reciprocating grinders. All of our equipment is maintained, repaired, and rebuilt in-house, so that production does not suffer when a machine happens to be inoperative.
