Our product line includes open die forgings, sleeves or ring rolls, alloy cast steel rolls, graphite steel rolls, double poured alloy indefinite chill, spun cast special carbide enhanced indefinite chill rolls, alloy steel base rolls and spun cast high chrome iron rolls. Our alloy cast steel rolls are hypo-eutectoid steel rolls alloyed with chromium & molybdenum and the heat treatment of these rolls involves normal double annealing followed by a tempering cycle which improves the toughness and thermal shock resistance.
