Our Mini-Zip business card cutter is a very simple machine designed to cut ten business cards of size 55 x 85 mm, from an A4 sheet. This removes the edges & cuts the strips into five perfectly cut piles of business cards. The Zip-10 cutter/slitter is a machine designed to handle business cards & other multiple-up products produced on a variety of printing methods. The Zip-10 uses a replaceable adjustable blade cassette to slit & score the sheet as it passes through the machine. Guillotine cutters cross cuts the sheet as it is advanced through the Zip-10 by the programmable paper drive. The combination of in-line adjustable slitting/scoring with programmable guillotine cutting allows common products to be accurately processed in a single pass. When running business cards, a 6 mm strip is removed from between the two rows of cards and a cut is made on each side. Card length is varied using the programmable cutter. This control allows a scissor cut or a variable size gutter to be removed between individual cards. The card width is mechanically adjustable.
