Profile: Bioplastics manufactures genuine BioThane®, which is a narrow coated webbing. We coat substrates from 3/8″ to 4″ wide with a protective shield of urethane or vinyl. Our gold series is the classic genuine BioThane® coating. The gold series belting is coated exclusively with urethane. Our urethane shield has a hardness rating 85A durometer that is used for cutting, punching and welding. There are plenty of colors to choose from the gold series. The gold opaque colors are refered as 100 series and the gold translucent colors are refered as 300 series.
