Description: The blade type diamond dresser is available in 20 or 15 or 10 mm width to dress large, small or very small grinding wheels. Diamond grit is chosen to match wheel grain size. Active contact width of diamond is carefully controlled. Unique needle diamonds are set in blade inserts positioned centrally or on one side of the blade dresser so that exact profile can be dressed on grinding wheels in cam or connecting rod grinding applications. Blade dresser is mounted in fixed position or tillable position in shanks with perfect fit to machine holders.
