Profile: Blastronix, Inc. is a manufacturer of multi-port serial cards. Our video controller card is ideal for controlling a range of video and tape editing equipment. It is designed for communicating with single units or can be installed in a multi-drop environment for communicating with up to 32 devices per port. Our port PCI card is capable of sharing interrupts with other PCI devices. Our 4 port optically isolated cards support both four wire and two wire applications. In 4 wire mode the card may be used for direct end to end communication, or can be used in 485 multi-drop mode.
