Description: Aqua Series Twin Lobe Rotary Oil Free Air Blowers are mainly used in aquaculture application. These blowers are totally dry machines where lubricating chambers are physically isolated from main gas chamber ensuring 100 per cent oil-free air delivery. The inlet and discharge connections are modified with suction top thereby reducing the operation and maintenance time. Compared to the centrifugal and regenerative type blowers, the aqua series blowers can handle high flow rates and are insensitive to water depth variation. It delivers, practically, a constant flow rate irrespective of back pressures, thereby maintaining dissolved oxygen levels. It can run on electric motor or gensets. They have low maintenance and no internal adjustments resulting in prolonged trouble-free operations. The relative noise levels and temperature rise in comparison to regenerative blowers are low.
