Some of our heat treatment processes are aging, aluminum treatment, annealing, brazing, continuous treatments, controlled atmosphere treatments, cryogenic, electron beam welding, fluidized bed, hardening & tempering, induction hardening, low pressure carburizing, nitriding, normalizing, plasma nitriding, press quenching, sealed quench, and shot blasting. We offer high volume induction hardening of previously carburized, close tolerance annular components. We also provide vacuum treatments, processing delicate aerospace components alongside conventional, and direct fired furnaces capable of processing single items with oil, water, and forced air quenching.
