Boiler, Non-IBR Type

Description: Vertical non-IBR boiler is fully automatic coil type, oil gas fired liberally provides surface area and proper atomizing of oil gas and air with highest thermal efficiency. Proper selection of material and thickness with high corrosion margin render long life of boiler. Incoming water passes through an economizer to absorb the heat from outgoing gas. Pre-heated water is circulated through coil-shaped heat exchanger. More surface area thus generated with dryness fraction to the tune of 0.9 result in generation of almost 100000 kcal/hr compared to a similar capacity reverse fuel design boiler. The additional furnace volume enables best combustion and reduce the rate of heat release. Fully automatic oil gas burner with 0-100 % ON OFF type system provides perfect monitoring and control of sageties with audiovisual indication. Safety features include protection against high temperature, no water, and flame failure prevent any accident and bring the risk factor to zero level.
