Description: Bore Grinding Machine is meant to grind sizes from 10 to 100 mm and maximum depth of up to 100 mm. The grinding spindle operates at 12,000 to 32,000 RPM. This machine is fully universal having cross-slide swivel of angle 60o clockwise and 45o counter-clockwise. The work head can be rotated 90º counter-clockwise and the table is swivel -3o, +9o. It has centre height of 180 mm to accommodate bigger size of chucks, or any other holding devices. The casting is stress relived by vibration 'Formula-62' in normalizing oven. All spindle and shafts are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability. Assemblies of precision bearing with in dust free environment. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced. The table and cross slide is faced with anti-friction material Turcite-B. These machines are ideally suited for auto parts manufacturers and other general purpose industry.
