Profile: Bottlehead Corp. specializes in vacuum tube based amplifier and preamplifier kits. Our product line includes speed ball upgrade for crack amplifier, crack OTL headphone amplifier kit and eros phono preamplifier. Our speedball is our camille cascode constant current source upgrade for the crack headphone amplifier. It contains 22k1 ohm plate load with 12AU7 input triodes which are replaced by C4S loads and 3K ohm cathode load resistors of the 6080 triodes. We also provide parts of amplifier and pre amplifier kits like bottle head badge, hole shrinkers, PT-1 preamplifier power transformer and PT-5 preamplifier power transformer.
