Description: Conveyorised Chamber, Jetmatic-900 is designed and manufactured to facilitate the user, all round cleaning of the exterior dusty surfaces of incoming goods in the form of boxes, packets or bags. It is suitable for continuous duty and has a built-on external control panel. The unit is designed to be user-friendly and requires minimum operator attention. The unit has a built-in continuous jet cleaner, a dust collection tray with plenum and extraction system. A conveyerised system takes care of the automated goods movement into and out of the chamber. PVC/Rubber strip curtains take care of momentary isolation. A total of 3.7 kW power loading makes the unit ideally suitable for round the clock operation as compared to the conventional, non-conveyerised, power-wasting, compressed air using 7.5 kW power loaded and intermittent type chambers.
