Profile: Boxer Design & Manufacturing Ltd. is a manufacturer of metal roll forming machinery. We cover operations such as de-coiling, leveling, shearing, cropping, punching, bending, pressing, ring rolling, stacking, and offloading. The products produced by our machines are diverse in profile, shape, size, metal type, and thickness. We serve industries such as building & construction, HVAC, automotive, and commercial shelving & racking application sector. Our fixed sideplate machines provide a durable, effective means of roll forming sections up to 60 mm high from most metals, up to 3 mm thick, at speeds of up to 35m/min. They can also accommodate up to 3 different sets of tooling at the same time. Product width adjustments can be made without having to change tooling. These machines carry the bottom rollshafts in rolling bearings between the pairs of one or two piece rigid sideplates and the upper rollshafts between individually adjustable upper bearing blocks. These bearing blocks are pressurized by means of stacks of disc springs allowing roll lift for gauge variation.
