Description: Waste found in rural areas and many towns, mainly from agriculture fields, farms and other waste of organic origins is often disposed of in highly polluting manner, and by using other fuels. Briquetting plants have been manufactured to work with such agro/industrial/forest waste as a raw material. Biomass briquetting plants make fuel briquettes from such wastages. The plants are made with the latest technology and assured quality. Based on production capacity, size of raw material and finished product, four models of briquetting plants have been developed. Model Super-60 is first of the four. Its only drawback is that this requires a hammer mill to make the raw material in powder. But otherwise it is the best model for medium production capacity with minimum capital investment. Brief specifications: production capacity - 600-750 kg/ hr; finished product size - 60 mm dia; finished product shape - cylindrical; raw material form-powdery; and process cost/ MT (approx) - Rs 450/-.
