Description: Broaching Machine - VIBM 6TX800 is metal cutting equipment with multi teeth tool. The machines are based on the latest DIN standards and pull end as per DIN 1417. The machines in operation require the two push buttons mounted on the front to be pressed by both hands. This avoids the hand of the operator to be in the machine while the machine is in motion. These machines are also equipped with an internal flow of coolant through jets on the broach after broaching, to remove the chips that remain in the gullet of the broach. The chips after broaching are collected in a chip tray, which can be emptied my removing it. The working stroke is adjusted with the help of two limit switches. This is a double cylinder vertical broaching machine suitable for small to medium size of parts. It is mostly recommended for internal broaching. It has a variable speed from 2 m/min to 5 m/min. A pressure contact gauge is provided to check the actual tractive force. If the set maximum value is exceeded the machine stops automatically and electrically to avoid damage to the costly broach.
