We specialize in aluminum gravity die casting service, prototype development, tooling design, fabrication, heat treatment, impregnation, and finishing works. We serve a wide range of industries including marine, shopfitting, electronics, and architectural sectors. We practice gravity die-casting process to produce consistent castings comprising complex internal structures by using a combination of metal dies and sand cores with flexibility in production. We involve pre-threaded bosses, threaded studs,, and high strength bearing surfaces in the casting process. We also perform aluminum slush casting. It is an antiquated process which is used to form hollow components. This process is also known as hollow casting. We supply and use precision CNC machined cast iron die tools with cavity walls. Single or multi-cavity die-tools can be made direct from CAD files, as well as to traditional drawings using the latest CNC machining technology.
