Profile: Bucklers Hard Boat Builders is a boat building service provider. We specialize in offering engines and yard services. Our service spectrum contains services like GRP repairs, refits & refurbishment, osmosis service, engineering, plumbing, painting, varnishing and rigging. In addition to this lifting and storage services are also offered by us. We also enclose a wide range of diesel engines. We undertake all aspects of grp work ranging from simple cosmetic gelcoat repairs, re-painting of hulls and superstructure through to major collision repair work. The osmosis treatment we carry on comprises blasting to open up the blisters, this would then be followed by a period with the vessel enclosed in a tented structure so that moisture levels can be reduced using dehumidifiers and infrared heaters. Filling and fairing is the next step to reinstate the underwater profile and then by the application of multi-coats of a protective epoxy resin. We carry out all servicing and maintenance of engine or engines including generators.
