Our sample gas filter provides the distance between the extraction point of sample gas and the analyser cabinet, which is normally bridged by tubes or hoses in continuous emission monitoring (CEM) systems. These gas lines can be unheated, or must be heated to prevent unwanted condensate formation. Our AGF-PV-30 with the Buhler Unique-QC bracket provides fine filtration and easy replacement of the filter media, without the use of tools. This means the filter media can be changed in a matter of seconds. The QC bracket rotates 180 degrees making the mounting of the bracket of the filter independent from the flow direction chosen. The filter head features an auxiliary port that can be used either for a bypass or for installation of a moisture detector. A variety of filter media are available to meet any specific application requirement. Our AGF-FE filters are designed for panel mounting. The main body is attached to the front panel. The filter bowl threads onto the main body and seals with an O-Ring. The changing of the filter media is done by simply removing the bowl. The dust loading on the filter is visible through the transparent bowl. The sample gas inlet and outlet are at the back side of the unit.
