Our non-C contact alignment systems are designed to perform production line measuring and verification of vehicle alignment parameters using a laser based, computerized measurement system. These machines will accurately and repeatedly measure the vehicle toe, camber, and caster settings on the four wheels of a vehicle. These values (toe, camber, and caster) will be continuously displayed to allow an operator to make the adjustments needed to bring the vehicle parameters within the customer specified values. Our BEP patented robotic valve stem insertion system comes complete with a transfer conveyor, product identification (vision), robot, end effector tooling, single or dual insertion guns, vibratory stem hopper/bowls (for long and short stem), two stem feeders, station metering & positioning pins, control panels, robot controller, setup gauge and complete interlocked safety guarding.
