Description: CNC Engraving Machine is a robust system comprise of LM guideways and cross roller guides. The machine is highly compact, space saving and is 5 time faster than conventional machines due to steady and uniform feeds and high spindle speeds with carbide cutters. The machine comprises of ground ball screws in all 3 axes; 2.2 HP spindle motor, 24000 rpm with speed variation or 0.5 HP 18000 rpm. We provide PC based CNC system with linear and circular interpolation in all 3 axes. These machines are applicable for moulds, patterns and dies; engraving on SS, MS, brass copper, aluminum and plastics. These machines allow normal / reverse engraving without the use of templates and logos or any design based on AutoCAD drawing can be machined without templates.
