CNC shearing machines range from 4 x 2500 mm to through to 25 x 6000 mm. Accurshears are built from ultra-heavy structure with fully welded, boxed - in bed for high torsional stiffness, combined with their patented and extremely reliable hydra-mechanical rocker arm and swinglink drive system. The shears have highest rating capacities (up to 56 kg/mm2 - UTS and 31 kg/mm2 yield strengths). The machines have lowest fixed rake angles to ensure optimum shearing quality with minimum distortion. The machines come standard with manual quick blade adjustment (adjusted from one side), stroke control on the operator panel and NC back gauge (915 mm) and automatic swing-up at full travel. The user-friendly MR-2 CNC control includes LED display, inch - metric conversion, go-to position function, 99 pre-select programs, hour meter and stroke counter. The shears are fitted with rectangular 4-edge premium-quality blades, 1200 mm squaring arm, shadow light and line, hand slots in the table and T -slots in front of the table. The machines can be supplied with host of optional accessories forr productivity improvements and to suit customer requirements.
