Profile: CNC Turned Components is engaged in manufacturing and exporting CNC turned and machined components. We have CNC components in automobile industry, power transmission shafts, forging flanges, gears, forged components and precision machined components. Our power transmission shafts are designed and used in two wheelers as well as four wheelers. Our precision machined components are fabricated under severe conditions using warm forging and hot forging connecting rods, shifter forks, brackets, spline shafts especially for two wheelers and four wheelers. These components are made up from a materials like carbon steel of all grades, stainless steel of all grades, aluminum alloys, cast iron, copper alloys, nickel alloys and all super specialty alloys.
