Description: CNC Turret Punch Press, Welpro-255 is a hydraulically operated striker with a heavy-duty double construction frame- one main frame and another with high rigid turret tool holder. The punch press is used to punch a tool mounted on main frame, fixed at right angles to the job at all times. These punch presses have the capacity of 20 tons. The dimension of the machine in terms of width, height and depth is 4750 x 2650 x 2150. The total power consumed is 15KV. The punching accuracy of ±0.10 is attained. The Welpro 255 is able to control the position and speed of the ram through out the punching stroke and thus ram approaches the material slowly and thereby the impact noise and part distortion is reduced. It is supported with a pneumatically operated floating sheet clamps designed to minimize the material distortion when punching near the clamp.
