Description: Programmable/CNC Toroidal Winding Machines are a microprocessor-based unit, which is supported with features like 95 programmed memory, programmable individual soft start and soft stop for both loading and winding in order to avoid wire breakage. This machine allows continuous display of all parameters on LCD while loading and winding is in progress. It has menu driven programming function like run, add, modify, copy, delete, and list with 40X2 LCD. It provides the facilities of counting loading wire in step of 0.1 meter and winding in step of one turn. Various winding type like continuous, tapping, and progressive can be performed. Various parameters to be programmed are program number, loading length, loading acceleration, loading deceleration, total turns, and direction of core, winding acceleration, winding deceleration and winding speed. Machines are capable for winding from 30 to 45 SWG with 6 mm finished ID and 60 mm OD with programmable speed up to 1500 RPM. This product serves extensive applications like random layer winding, energy meter coils, high frequency toroid coils.
