Our turbine flow meters are used in test and measurement labs, test stands, government applications, aircraft test cells and automotive testing. We offer custom calibrations in all types of fluids, including, universal viscosity curves to cover a wide operating temperature range. The 81 Series flowmeter is for clean liquid applications, while the 82 Series flowmeter offers a self-cleaning robust bearing system to withstand particulates in the process fluid. The 81 series is an industrial flowmeter for high accuracy applications in clean fluids. A retention technique eliminates the need for retaining rings and prevents lateral and axial movement of the internal assembly. The result is a meter more resistant to shock and vibration. The 81 series turbine flowmeter offers stainless steel housings and internal parts, including 440C stainless steel ball bearings. Various piping connections can be specified, to include, pipe threads, ANSI class 150/300/600 lb. flanges or flared tube end fittings. The electronics are offered in explosion proof or NEMA 4 enclosures.
